Warehouse Production Associate
Job Summary
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations, contributing to the seamless processing and handling of fresh produce. Your primary responsibilities will involve a variety of hands-on tasks, from picking and packing orders to supporting the overall production and logistics efforts. Shift will start Mon-Fri at 5AM until the work is finished that day.Â
Key Responsibilities
– Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
– Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role is preferred
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
– Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Working Conditions
This position is based in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to various weather conditions, as well as the potential for physical demands such as standing, walking, and heavy lifting. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, may be required to meet the needs of our clients.
Compensation and Benefits
