We are hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a newly launched 3PL distribution and logistics operation in Baytown, TX.
This is an active, production-paced logistics environment — not a low-volume warehouse role. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-moving operations with continuous material movement, active docks, trailer traffic, shipping/receiving activity, and operational urgency throughout the shift.
What this role involves:
• Operating stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in active logistics operations
• Supporting shipping, receiving, staging, loading, unloading, and material movement
• Working around active docks, trailers, warehouse traffic, and continuous forklift activity
• Supporting operational flow during active launch-phase logistics operations
• Assisting warehouse and dock operations beyond forklift tasks when operationally required
• Maintaining productivity, awareness, and operational pace throughout the shift

Required Experience:
• Recent daily hands-on stand-up forklift operating experience required
• Experience working in active 3PL logistics, distribution center, or high-volume logistics operations required
• Candidates must be comfortable operating forklifts in active, production-paced logistics environments
• Recent shipping & receiving experience required
• Material handling, staging, loading, and unloading experience required
• Candidates must be comfortable working around active docks, trailers, warehouse traffic, and continuous material movement
• Candidates must be comfortable getting on and off the forklift throughout the shift to support operational needs
• Attendance, reliability, and operational consistency are critical during launch-phase operations
• Basic RF scanner and/or WMS experience strongly preferred
• Recent daily hands-on stand-up forklift operating experience required
