We are looking for someone who is bilingual (English and Spanish) to manage one of our clients in Henderson TX.
This position will be part of the time in our office in Longview TX with frequent visits to our client in Henderson TX.
We are looking for someone who has experience recruiting for light industrial candidates.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates.
Conducting orientation and safety training for new employees.
Working closely with the client supervisors, managers and safety team to ensure a safe work environment.
Payroll, making sure we have all hours in a timely manner for payroll processing.
