Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers (Warehouse Unloaders) to join our team in Kearny, NJ on a per diem basis. This role involves loading and unloading freight, sorting products, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a great side hustle for someone who already is working and looking to make extra money.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Sort, stack, and palletize products efficiently
- Shrink-wrap and label pallets for shipment
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
