Horizon America Staffing Services is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time opportunity in Vineland, NJ.
This is a fast-paced warehouse position supporting inbound, outbound, and case-picking operations in a cold storage environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime as business demands.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse forklifts.
- Load outbound trailers.
- Receive inbound shipments.
- Perform case picking as needed.
- Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday
Shift: 7:00 AM until completion
Important: Due to current business volume, employees are working 12+ hours per day. Overtime is expected.
Work Environment
- Cold storage / freezer warehouse.
- Temperatures range from -5°F to -20°F.
- Appropriate freezer PPE is provided by the client.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in freezer temperatures.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
