Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client as an Associate Production team member in the Hot Side. In this full-time role, Production Associates play a critical role in harvesting, skinning, cutting, trimming and eviscerating our delicious quality pork products while supporting the company's commitment to quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Perform various production tasks, including harvesting, skinning, trimming, cutting, and eviscerating meat products.

Operate production machinery and equipment as required, following established operating procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and meet deadlines.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain food safety and product quality standards in accordance with company policies and USDA regulations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures.

Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable handling raw meat and/or animal carcass parts.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Must be committed to following all company policies, including food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Work Environment:
This position is performed in a production environment where team members may be exposed to cold, heat, humidity, outdoor conditions, dust, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level may be loud, and hearing protection is required. Team members must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment while working in these conditions.
Physical Demand:
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Team members must be able to stand and walk for long periods, lift objects up to 50 lbs., and perform strenuous physical work in a production setting. The role may require lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, repetitive movement, and the use of abdominal and lower back muscles for support. Good manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, quick arm and leg movement, stamina, and vision are required.
